ABOUT BEL AIR CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN
Bel Air Construction and Design was founded by Jon Riemitis thirty years ago. Jon has over 25 years experience in the residential construction industry and a unique background which began in the lumber and building materials industry and ultimately led him to constructing new homes and renovating existing ones. Along the way, Jon has spent time as a freelance architectural designer and consultant for major design firms as well as local builders.
Jon's interest has been to attentively listen to his clients and use that information to create projects that reflect his clients desires and needs. The transformation of those ideas into a reality using an extensive knowledge base of materials and design is what drives Jon.
In an unwavering commitment to quality, Jon has surrounded himself with veteran industry craftsmen. Throughout the process from initial consultation through construction, Jon is involved with the project, often times working with his team members during the construction.
